Ideal Recruit is looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our growing team in Rugby. This is a full-time, on-site based role. You will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships, ensuring high-quality recruitment services are delivered consistently across our client base. Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you'll be responsible for understanding client needs and ensuring a smooth, compliant recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Understand client expectations and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with management to align on recruitment needs and service requirements.
- Source candidates using tools such as Logic Melon, CV databases, online platforms, and open days.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process.
- Handle all associated recruitment administration to ensure timely placements.
- Register new candidates and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all compliance requirements are fully up to date.
