Ideal Recruit is looking for Class 2 (Cat C) HGV Drivers to join a well-established logistics operation in Rugby. With day and night shifts available, this role offers steady, long-term work completing deliveries and collections between depots and distribution centres.
Pay Rates (PAYE, Holiday Pay Included):
- Monday–Friday
- Day (06:00–13:59): £17.38 p/h
- Afternoon (14:00–21:59): £19.18 p/h
- Night (22:00–05:59): £19.73 p/h
- Saturday
- Day (06:00–13:59): £18.79 p/h
- Afternoon (14:00–21:59): £21.69 p/h
- Night (22:00–05:59): £21.91 p/h
- Sunday
- Day (06:00–13:59): £21.91 p/h
- Afternoon (14:00–21:59): £22.69 p/h
- Night (22:00–05:59): £23.13 p/h

Your Responsibilities:
- Carrying out Class 2 deliveries and collections between depots and distribution centres
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Keeping delivery paperwork accurate and up to date
- Following drivers’ hours rules and site safety procedures
What You’ll Need:
- Full UK Class 2 (Cat C) HGV licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only)
- A reliable, professional approach and a positive attitude.
