Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are recruiting Order Pickers keen to be trained on FLT, PPT, Power Trucks, and HLLOP. No experience or licences? No problem! Full training and formal one-week inductions are provided in-house. Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking reliable and hardworking individuals with: – Ability to work FULL TIME – Consistent attendance – A strong focus on quality over quantity – The ability to work continuously and effectively throughout the day Pay Rates & Premiums: Base pay: £12.81 per hour (from 18:00-00:00 £14.71/h) Shift premiums: Overtime: Time £18.66/h over 40 hours Bank holidays: £24.88/h Shift Patterns: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm What’s Provided: Full PPE provided: safety boots, Kevlar gloves, and zip-up high-vis vests Training includes classroom learning, picking training, and equipment use, with sign-off after one week Why Join Us?
