About the Role:
Ideal Recruit is hiring an On-site Account Coordinator to support a prestigious client in South Elmsall. You will manage daily workforce operations, coordinate staff, maintain records, and ensure smooth onsite processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff check-ins and daily support
Attend client meetings and manage rotas
Register, vet, and induct new candidates
Maintain CRM and time & attendance records
Oversee payroll and compliance
Report daily to management
Requirements:
Previous recruitment or onsite coordination experience (preferred)
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
Flexible, proactive, and detail-focused
Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
