Overview
Ideal Recruit is currently looking for MHE Trainers to join our team based in the Leicester (LE19) area.
Responsibilities
- Delivering in-house training for MHE equipment (LLOP, PPT, Reach, Counterbalance etc.)
- Assessing and refreshing current employees on safe MHE practices
- Conducting inductions for new starters and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
- Keeping accurate training records and certification documents
- Working closely with warehouse management to identify training needs
- Supporting warehouse operations when training is not required

Location: Leicester, LE19
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, working on days (may be required to work PM shifts during peak).
