The Results People are seeking an experienced On-Site Account Manager to lead our recruitment operation across two sites in Liverpool. You will manage day-to-day delivery for a large workforce and ensure high-quality recruitment, fulfilment and compliance.
Reporting into the client team, you will line-manage the on-site recruitment staff, coordinate activity for approximately 250–300 agency colleagues and drive performance against targets while delivering strong stakeholder relationships.
