Ideal Recruit is currently looking for MHE Trainers to join our team based in the Leicester (LE19) area.

Location: Leicester, LE19

Pay rate: £13.50 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week, working on days (may be required to work PM shifts during peak).

Key Duties:

  • Delivering in-house training for MHE equipment (LLOP, PPT, Reach, Counterbalance etc.)
  • Assessing and refreshing current employees on safe MHE practices
  • Conducting inductions for new starters and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
  • Keeping accurate training records and certification documents
  • Working closely with warehouse management to identify training needs
  • Supporting warehouse operations when training is not required
