We are currently recruiting for an IT Specialist / IT Helpdesk to join our team in Dunstable on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-line IT support to users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
- Support day-to-day IT operations and troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues when required and liaise with external providers
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an IT Support / IT Helpdesk role is essential
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are an advantage
