Ideal Recruit have an exciting opportunity for airline catering team for our client based in Manchester Airport. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hygiene Operator to join our team. As a Hygiene Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest hygiene standards within our catering premises. You will play a key role in ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff and customers. Shift patterns : 07:00 – 15:30 (4 on, 2 off) £12.21/h 12:30 – 21:00 (4 on, 2 off) £12.21/h Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize catering premises, including kitchens, dining areas, and restrooms. Maintain hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations. Fill out and maintain accurate cleaning records and logs. Carry out routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal. Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment. Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues. Maintain cleanliness in storage and prep areas. Follow cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. Assist in deep cleaning tasks when necessary. Be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the business. Requirements: Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role is preferred. Ability to complete cleaning schedules and maintain accurate records. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
