The Results People are recruiting for a Stock, IT & Systems Controller to join a successful and growing e-commerce business for our client based in Liverpool L30 area.
- Shifts & Pay rates
- Monday to Friday 8:00-16:00
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies and variances.
- Complete stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock movements, transfers, returns and adjustments.
- Produce stock reports and identify the causes of stock inaccuracies.
- Support and maintain stock, ERP/WMS and other business systems.
- Investigate system errors, data issues and process failures.
- Provide first-line IT support for computers, printers, scanners, software and user access.
- Set up equipment and system access for new starters.
- Liaise with external IT and software providers where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve or automate stock and system processes.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in stock control, inventory management or a similar position.
- Experience using ERP, WMS, inventory or stock management systems.
- Strong general IT knowledge and confidence troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to investigate and resolve stock and system discrepancies.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Previous experience within e-commerce, retail, warehousing or distribution would be advantageous.
