FLT Counterbalance Driver Location: Liverpool/Huyton Shifts: 08.00-16.30 Monday to Friday Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour – weekly pay We’re looking for reliable and hardworking FLT counterbalance drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of pallets, stock, and materials across the site. Responsibilities: Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently in line with company and site safety procedures. Load and unload vehicles, ensuring accuracy and care with all palletised goods. Move pallets and materials around the site, ensuring items are stored correctly. Follow all health & safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Carry out general warehouse duties as required, including manual handling. Experience and Requirements: Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (RTITB / ITSSAR accredited or equivalent). Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a fast-paced warehouse or yard environment. Good understanding of health & safety regulations. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure. Previous experience handling pallets, timber, or similar products is desirable but not essential.
