Ideal Recruit is currently seeking Order Pickers to join our client’s team in Ellesmere Port. Are you looking for an exciting role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are recruiting now!
Ideal candidate will have Order Picker experience and hold FLT License. Experience will be beneficial but is not required.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and hardworking individuals with:
- Ability to work FULL TIME
- Consistent attendance
- Strong focus on quality over quantity
- Ability to work effectively throughout the shift
Shift Patterns & Pay Rates
- Monday – Friday (Occasional need to work weekends with OT paid x1.5)
- 6am – 2pm or 11am – 7pm
- £14.10/h OT £21.15/h
- Night shift 7pm – 3am (fixed shift)
- £16.10/h OT £25.15/h
What’s Provided
- Full PPE including zip-up high-vis vests
- Weekly pay
- Ongoing, full time position
