Ideal Recruit is currently seeking Order Pickers to join our client’s team in Ellesmere Port. Are you looking for an exciting role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are recruiting now!

Ideal candidate will have Order Picker experience and hold FLT License. Experience will be beneficial but is not required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable and hardworking individuals with:
  • Ability to work FULL TIME
  • Consistent attendance
  • Strong focus on quality over quantity
  • Ability to work effectively throughout the shift

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates

  • Monday – Friday (Occasional need to work weekends with OT paid x1.5)
  • 6am – 2pm or 11am – 7pm
  • £14.10/h OT £21.15/h
  • Night shift 7pm – 3am (fixed shift)
  • £16.10/h OT £25.15/h
