Overview
Ideal Recruit is currently looking for experienced Class 2 / 7.5 ton drivers for one of our clients based in Oswestry.
Opportunity for a temp-to-perm is available for the right candidate. NEW PASS DRIVERS WELCOME
Job Role
- 10–14 drops per day across the North of England. Physically demanding role.
- Refrigerated box lorries.
- Use of pump trucks (experience preferred).
Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday days.
- Occasional Saturday shifts.
Induction & Training
Site induction provided
Pay Rates PAYE
- £14.40/hour
- £16.14/hour (with holiday pay)
PPE Required
- High-visibility vest
- Safety boots
Requirements
- HGV Class 2 driving entitlement (category C).
- Minimum 6 months.
- Valid Driver’s CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
- 6 months of experience as a class 2 driver.
- No more than 6 points for minor endorsements.
