Ideal Recruit are currently looking for experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a well-established client based in Bedford.
This is a full time opportunity with guaranteed shifts and consistent work.

Job details:
- Nationwide store deliveries across the UK.
- Average of 3β4 drops per shift (palletised goods β loading and unloading required).
- Experience with refrigerated units preferred.
- Various start times between 00:00-14:00 available.
- Various shift patterns available: 4 on 4 off, Tue-Sat, Sun-Thu, Fri-Mon, Thu-Mon
- Weekly block bookings available.
- Minimum 8 hours of pay guaranteed per shift.
Pay rates PAYE (including holiday pay):
- Monday to Friday: Β£21.85 per hour.
- Saturday and Sunday: Β£24.94 per hour
Holidays can be accrued and paid separately if preferred.
Requirements:
- Assessment required before starting.
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
- Minimum 12 months of experience as a Class 1 driver.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
- No more than 6 points on licence (minor endorsements only).
