Job Title: Production Operatives
Location: Beverley, Hull (HU17)
Ideal Recruit is recruiting Production Operatives to join our client’s team in Beverley, Hull (HU17).
We are offering full-time, temporary-to-permanent positions with opportunities for overtime, as well as part-time opportunities (2 days out of 4). Full training is provided for both options.
Shift Pattern & Pay Rate:

Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:15 PM

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (overtime from £15.89 up to £25.42)

Afternoon/Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:15 PM–2:15 AM

Pay Rate: £14.62 per hour (overtime from £18.28 up to £29.24)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with team members on the assembly line to ensure efficient production processes.
- Moving stock within the warehouse to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Performing general warehouse duties, including packing, sorting, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Candidate Profile:We are looking for individuals who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stock
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
