Ideal Recruit is currently seeking Production Operatives to join our client’s busy and growing team in the DN3 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for stable, full-time work.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing products in line with batch sheet specifications
- Mixing and handling products as instructed
- Weighing, filling, and labelling products accurately
- Performing visual checks to ensure correct labelling
- Refilling drums and moving them within storage (FLT use where required)
- Minimising downtime during product changeovers
- Packing products into boxes according to specifications
- Moving and preparing pallets using a pump truck
- Shrink-wrapping pallets ready for dispatch
- Transferring goods to designated storage areas
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace (clean-as-you-go)
- Supporting general housekeeping duties
