Our client is a market leader in the supply of cycling related products in the UK and offers an exciting opportunity for a Customer Sales Advisor. You will need to be familiar with cycling terminology and have some technical understanding related to cycles. You will be part of their continuing success story, reporting to the Team Manager.

The role involves, but is not limited to:

  • Processing inbound sales calls.
  • Processing inbound sales emails.
  • Calling customers with sales offers and new product information.
  • Offering technical advice on all products.
  • Liaising with Brand and Sales teams to ensure customers are fully supported.

Requirements successful candidates will have:

  • Proven experience dealing directly with customers.
  • Working knowledge of road and MTB bikes.
  • Excellent communication skills (good written and spoken English).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proven track record of achieving goals, ideally within the cycling industry.
