Our client is seeking a highly professional Conveyancing Paralegal who is adaptable, flexible and thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in running sale, purchase, re‑mortgage and transfer of equity files from beginning to end.
- Liaise with senior members of the management team.
- Perform daily tasks to a high standard, including dealing with client and third party enquiries, preparing draft contracts, handling enquiries, requesting management packs, issuing exchange and completion letters, liaising with clients to achieve desired move dates, checking and working in accordance with daily task lists, key dates and reminders.
- Meet clients.
- Assist with departmental compliance of anti‑money laundering regulations and quality procedures.
- Ensure a high standard of file management and awareness of essential procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year’s experience working in a busy conveyancing team.
- Good standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.
- Pleasant manner, flexible and co‑operative.
- Ability to work on own initiative, under pressure, and take responsibility for the quality of work.
- Excellent client care.
- Good typing skills.
