Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive to manage events, webinars, and business development activities for partners and fee earners.
Responsibilities
- Manage and attend events and webinars, including out-of-hours events.
- Attend key external networking events, such as awards.
- Manage tenders for private and public sector legal panels.
- Produce credentials, proposals, and presentations for new business opportunities.
- Create PowerPoint slides, delegate packs, and corporate gifts for seminars and hospitality events.
- Support partners and fee earners with client, team, and individual BD plans.
- Maintain office BD meeting notes and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate submissions for legal directories.
- Maintain the firm’s CRM system with key contact details.
- Coordinate photoshoots for new starters and PR opportunities.
- Promote content via the firm’s social media platforms.
- Liaise with stakeholders on PR opportunities.
- Assist with internal and external communications.
- Handle ad-hoc BD and marketing tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Experience with tenders and proposals is desirable, though training will be provided.
