Overview

Our client has a vacancy for a HR Project Coordinator to support the HR Manager as the company moves towards a “self-service” HR model. This role is offered as a 6 month fixed term contract and is full-time.

HR ESS will introduce online portals for employees to access and manage their HR-related information, such as personal details, payslips, and leave requests, without needing to directly involve HR staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Creating “How to” manuals
  • Providing support to employees and managers on how to navigate ESS
  • Creating a range of procedure guides
  • Bringing employee handbooks up to date
  • Creating a guide for the LMS system
  • Recruitment guides
  • Reviewing company documents
  • Liaising and training with managers

Required skills

  • HR experience and the ability to use that knowledge to produce documentation as listed above
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Experience in HR/HRIS systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
