Our client has an exciting opportunity for a talented, friendly and enthusiastic People Officer to join their professional services organisation. Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Onboarding and inducting new starters
- Enhancing employee engagement through People events and surveys
- Providing support and guidance for stakeholders across the firm regarding all People matters
- Being the first point of contact for ER cases
- Coaching and upskilling line managers
- Supporting all areas of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, career development and offboarding
- Managing payroll changes including new joiners, leavers and salary changes
- Reviewing and updating policies to ensure compliance with Employment Law and legislation changes
- Benchmarking and reviewing salaries and benefits
- Supporting and driving wellbeing throughout the firm
Requirements:
- Experience working as a People Officer or Advisor
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified
- Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Self-motivated, confident and proactive
- Calm under pressure
