Our client has a permanent vacancy for a full-time Purchase Ledger Assistant to support a busy purchase ledger team.

Working 37 hours per week, 8:00 am till 4:30 pm, with some flexibility on these hours.

This is hybrid working, where you can expect two days a week to be office based.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing invoices into the accounting system
  • Matching invoices received to purchase orders
  • Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements where required

Requirements

You will need to be an experienced purchase ledger clerk, able to hit the ground running.
