Full time, Permanent – Buckingham. Competitive Ref No: IPRS7298. Our client is a long-standing solicitor firm with a great local reputation. Our client is currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day duties including managing residential conveyancing transactions, advising clients on property matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with third parties such as estate agents and mortgage brokers.
- Provide guidance on legal issues pertaining to property law.
- Actively participate in business development activities.
- Be part of a small but successful team and receive excellent systems training.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Law and Conveyancing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.
- Bachelor's degree in law or related field, with relevant professional qualifications.
