Our client is looking for a Property Administrator to join their busy team. We are looking for candidates with a legal qualification ideally or with some experience within a relevant office role for example in estate agency or mortgage administration.
Hours of work: 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties will include:
- Answering the telephone and transferring calls accordingly
- Acknowledging and opening new files
- Acknowledging incoming purchase contracts
- Opening and distributing incoming post on a daily basis
- Diarising and chasing client forms
- Inputting and dealing with sales memos
- Requesting and chasing redemption figures
- Diarising and chasing purchase contracts
- Issuing Sale Contracts
