Our client has an unusual and interesting opportunity for a Paralegal to work alongside their Professional Support Lawyer. This is a non-client-facing resource that provides support to a busy team of commercial property solicitors. Your role would involve: * Carrying out research tasks * Keeping up to date on caselaw and passing knowledge to the commercial property team * News analysis – and passing knowledge to the commercial property team * Maintaining the knowledge system * Keeping up to date on precedents and passing knowledge to the commercial property team * Training updates for the commercial property team The successful candidate will have a 2:1 law degree – or PGDL and knowledge/experience of commercial property. It is essential that you have excellent reading and written skills along with strong research skills. This role is ideal for a candidate who is not looking to pursue a training contract or to have a caseload. It is a different aspect of legal support which will appeal to candidates who really enjoy the research and technical aspects of legal work and have a preference for working on the practical side of the law rather than the fee earning side.
