Are you looking for your first opportunity to work in an office environment? Our client has an exciting new vacancy for a Receptionist to join their friendly, professional team. Experience is not required but what we are looking for is a candidate who is well presented, with an excellent telephone manner and a helpful “can-do” attitude. If you have previous customer service experience that would be great as you will be greeting and liaising with clients and visitors both face to face and over the telephone. We would also be looking for good IT skills. National Minimum Wage applies.
Whilst you will be working on the Reception desk you will also support the Office Manager with a range of admin duties including facilities support. Some of your other duties will include:
- Assisting with post and courier deliveries
- Assisting with meeting room bookings
- Supporting the archiving team with the recording, storage and easy retrieval of physical and electronic archives.
Hours of work will be 9.30am-5.30pm although we are looking for candidates with the flexibility to start at 8.30am on occasions to cover holiday etc. Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
