Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Executive. You will be responsible for managing and attending events and supporting the Partners and Fee Earners with their BD action plans and opportunities.
The role:
- Managing and attending events and webinars with flexibility to attend out of hours events
- Managing and attending key external networking events with flexibility to attend out of hours events e.g. awards
- Managing tenders for private and public sector legal panels
- Producing credentials, proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
- Producing PowerPoint slides, delegate packs, and corporate gifts for seminars and hospitality events
- Supporting the Partners and Fee Earners with their client, team and individual BD plans
- Managing office BD meeting notes and follow actions
- Coordinating submissions for legal directories
- Keeping the firm’s CRM system up to date with key contact details
- Coordinating photoshoots for new starters and PR opportunities
- Promoting content via the firm’s social media platforms
- Liaising with stakeholders on PR opportunities
- Assisting with internal and external communications
- Dealing with ad-hoc BD & Marketing tasks
Previous experience in a similar role is essential and experience in tenders and proposals is desirable although they can train the successful person. There will be occasional travel to their other offices.
