Job Description
Our client has a permanent vacancy for a bright, creative and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to\\n\\nsupport their Head of Marketing. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll get involved in everything from creating social media content and running campaigns to organising events and liaising with stakeholders.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing, award-winning firm and gain hands-on experience across all areas of marketing.
You’ll work in a collaborative environment, with plenty of variety and the chance to make a real impact.\\n\\nFollowing probation, there is potential for hybrid working.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Manage and create content for social media channels, including videos, graphics and written posts.\\n\\n * Plan and maintain the social media content calendar.\\n\\n * Conduct market research and competitor analysis.\\n\\n * Write, proofread, and upload content for press releases, blogs, newsletters, emails and the website.\\n\\n * Organise and attend firm events, including seminars, corporate events, and external networking events and maintain the event calendar.\\n\\n * Order, update, and maintain branded promotional materials and stationery.\\n\\n * Assist with marketing campaigns and measure their performance for reporting to partners.\\n\\n * Maintain the marketing inbox and internal communications.\\n\\n * Arrange staff photos, profiles and video sessions.\\n\\n * Liaise with internal departments, charity partners, suppliers and clients.\\n\\n * Respond to client reviews.\\n\\n * Support the Head of Marketing with daily tasks, reporting and data analysis.\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nYou’re ambitious and full of ideas. You’re a fast learner, comfortable with technology and keen to develop your marketing skills. Ideally, you’ll have a formal marketing qualification and at least 12 months’ experience in a marketing role.\\n\\nSkills & Qualities:\\n\\n * Digital marketing skills, including video creation (e.g., Canva)\\n\\n * Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok\\n\\n * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail\\n\\n * Strong written communication, with impeccable spelling and grammar\\n\\n * Creative mindset, happy to propose new ideas\\n\\n * Team player, adaptable and professional in a fast-paced environment\\n\\n * Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines\\n\\n * Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow\\n\\n * Your own car and driving licence\\n\\nDue to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
