Our client has a vacancy for a Legal Administrator, working Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 4 p.m. (32.5 hours per week). They provide a fast turnaround of legal documentation for both business and public requirements.
The role:
- Receive documents by email, post or in person
- Verify and copy documentation where required
- Collection of post from the local Sorting Office
- Review and register documents onto the system
- Prepare, send and monitor payment of invoices
- Arrange for courier delivery and tracking of documents when necessary
- Delivery and collection of daily batch documents to/from local client
- Sending documents using Post Office Drop and Go system
- Provide office based handover of documents to customers when required
- Handle telephone and email enquiries regarding services
Requirements:
- A driving license and own transport is essential
- Previous legal experience is advantageous
- Confident talking to both professional clients and members of the public
