Job Description
Our client is a long-standing solicitor firm with a great local reputation. They are currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join their team.\\n\\nThis is a full-time role located in Buckingham. The Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer will handle day-to-day duties including managing residential conveyancing transactions, advising clients on property matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Additional responsibilities may include liaising with third parties such as estate agents and mortgage brokers, providing guidance on legal issues pertaining to property law, and actively participating in business development activities.\\n\\nYou will be part of a small but successful team and will be offered excellent systems training.\\n\\nQualifications\\n\\n * Proficiency in Law and Conveyancing\\n\\n * Excellent communication and negotiation skills\\n\\n * Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload\\n\\n * Bachelor’s degree in law or related field, with relevant professional qualifications\\n\\nDue to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
