The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join them on a part‑time basis. They advise on a wide range of legal matters around contracts, dispute resolution, data protection and intellectual property. We are looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills and the ability to support the team with a range of administration and secretarial tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Some Of Your Duties Will Include:
- Document management
- Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and other correspondence
- Audio typing and some file management
- Typing of documents and track amendments
- Scanning, paginating and photocopying
- Providing general administration support to the team
- PA duties including diary management, travel arrangements, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong document management skills, preferably legal documentation such as numbering and amending documents
- Confidence in formatting documents
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A good eye for detail
- Good organisation and time management abilities
- Excellent team player
- Great typing skills
- Motivated with a strong commitment to learning
