About the Role
Our client is looking for a Property Administrator to join their busy team.
Hours of work: 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Answer the telephone and transfer calls accordingly.
- Acknowledge and open new files.
- Acknowledge incoming purchase contracts.
- Open and distribute incoming post on a daily basis.
- Diary and chase client forms.
- Input and deal with sales memos.
- Request and chase redemption figures.
- Diary and chase purchase contracts.
- Issue sale contracts.
Qualifications
- Legal qualification ideally, or experience in a relevant office role such as estate agency or mortgage administration.
- Good administration and organisational skills.
- Confident telephone manner and strong customer service ethos.
