A busy family based between Henley and Marlow is seeking a loving, professional and engaging Retainer Nanny with a mature approach to care for three girls aged 4.5 years, 3 years and 9 months. The family employ two Rota Nannies who work on a 24/7 rota basis, and this role will provide cover for their holidays, as well as sickness cover when available. The role will require a maximum of 121 x 24-hour days per year.

The eldest daughter will be starting school in September, the middle daughter attends a local nursery for three mornings per week, and all three children attend local classes and activities. The family have membership to local activity centres and outdoor spaces, and they would like a nanny who genuinely enjoys being outdoors. This is a mixture of sole charge and shared care. The family employ a full-time housekeeper who launders and irons the children’s clothes. There are no pets.

Responsibilities
  • Providing a mixture of sole charge and shared care for the three girls.
  • Covering holiday for the children’s two Rota Nannies, as well as sickness cover when available.
  • Working up to a maximum of 121 x 24-hour days per year.
  • Carrying out nursery duties.
  • Cooking for the children.
  • Helping with nursery drop off and pick up.
  • Supporting the children’s classes, activities and outdoor play.
  • Travelling with the family when required.
  • Working collaboratively with the family, the Rota Nannies and the wider household team.
