A lovely family based in Kensington is seeking an experienced, professional, and engaging Temporary Nanny to care primarily for their son, who is currently 3.5 years old. The family needs temporary cover from around 22nd June to mid-August, working 8am–7pm, Monday to Friday. Their son is a vibrant, active and sociable child. He has lots of friends locally and enjoys playdates, swimming, football and tennis classes. He also attends nursery for half days, 9am–12.30pm. He enjoys building Lego and drawing, and the family would like a nanny who will encourage his creativity, interests, and development.

Responsibilities

  • Care for one boy aged 3.5, supporting his daily routine, activities and development.
  • Support nursery drop-offs and/or collections as required.
  • Organise and attend local playdates, classes and activities, including swimming, football and tennis.
  • Encourage age‑appropriate learning, creativity, Lego building, drawing and active play.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child as required.
  • Carry out nursery duties relating to the child.
  • Work alongside the parents with good communication and a flexible, professional approach.
