This role combines tailored care for the two girls with organisational and administrative support, requiring someone who can move seamlessly between hands-on care, the practical management of two busy teenagers’ lives and the day-to-day demands of a fast-paced household.
The successful candidate will be a capable, trusted adult who provides a steady and supportive presence while keeping things running smoothly. The girls have a range of hobbies, from drama to art to music to horse riding, with the latter being a sport that both girls are pursuing actively and regularly. The role is based primarily in London, with regular weekends and school holidays spent at the family’s country home, as well as domestic and international travel. The successful candidate will work closely with the other rota nanny, the rota housekeepers and the Family Office team to ensure consistency and a well-run home. There is also an optional opportunity to work alongside experienced EAs to develop their skills.
