A busy private family based between Marlow and Henley is seeking a loving, professional and engaging Rota Nanny with a mature approach to care for their three daughters, aged 4.5 years, 3 years and 9 months. The eldest daughter will be starting school in September, while the middle daughter attends a local nursery for three mornings per week. All three children attend local classes and activities, and the family have membership to local activity centres and outdoor spaces for the children to enjoy. The family would like a nanny who is active, enjoys being outdoors and is confident supporting children of similar ages.

The role will be a mixture of sole charge and shared care. The family currently employ a Norland-trained nanny and are therefore looking for someone who is also Norland trained, or of equivalent calibre.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the children’s daily routines, development, activities and outings.
  • Helping with nursery drop-off and pick-up when required.
  • Preparing meals for the children.
  • Carrying out all nursery duties.
  • Working in both sole charge and shared care.
  • Liaising effectively with the family and wider household team.
  • Travelling with the family when required.
Ideal Nanny:
  • Norland trained or of equivalent calibre.
  • Experienced caring for children of similar ages, including babies and young children.
  • Previous rota experience would be advantageous.
  • Loving, professional, engaging and mature in approach.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Active and happy to spend time outdoors with the children.
  • Driver essential.
  • Comfortable around animals, such as horses and dogs.
  • Happy to travel with the family when required.
