A lovely London-based family is seeking a confident, active and highly organised rota Manny/Nanny to care for three children aged 9, 12 and 14. This is a sole charge role, ideal for someone who has strong experience with older children and teenagers, and who can build a genuine connection with the children while maintaining clear boundaries and structure. The family is looking for someone who is calm, capable, sporty and engaging; a positive role model who can encourage independence, good manners, confidence and responsibility.

The right candidate will be proactive, reliable and very organised, able to stay on top of school schedules, activities, kit, homework, logistics and day-to-day routines.

Responsibilities:
  • Sole charge care of three children aged 9, 12 and 14.
  • All nursery duties, including cooking an evening meal for the children.
  • Supporting school routines, homework, activities and appointments.
  • Keeping on top of timetables, sports kit, school bags, uniforms and general organisation.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour, good boundaries and age-appropriate independence.
  • Acting as a confident, active and sporty role model.
  • Planning and engaging in activities, especially sports and outdoor interests.
  • Driving the children to and from school, clubs, activities and social arrangements.
  • Working closely with the family to ensure consistency, structure and smooth communication.
