Accommodation will be sourced for the nanny and will be at minimum a bedroom and ensuite bathroom. - All nursery duties are required.
- The parents are keen to learn from the nanny and looking for someone who is knowledgeable and supportive.
- The nanny should also be proactive and able to use their initiative when looking at planning their day.
Ideal Nanny:
- The Rota Nanny will be expected to have a good understanding and experience of working with babies including sleep, routines, weaning, child development and general baby care.
- They need to have awareness of knowing when to step back and facilitate family time – it is a fairly relaxed, informal household and the family want to find the right person to slot into this without feeling that they need to micromanage them.
- There is frequent travel (worldwide and Europe) with this position so a Rota Nanny who enjoys travelling and has experience of travelling with families would be advantageous.
- A driver is preferred (this is especially important when in Wiltshire).
Perks of the job:
- A car will be provided for when working.
- Frequent travel.
- Accommodation provided.
