This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital specialist who thrives on data, customer journeys, and delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels. About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Analysis & Research, you’ll take ownership of developing, delivering, and optimising digital marketing activity across the business. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand connects with both installers and consumers—driving engagement, loyalty, and growth through smart, data-led marketing. From managing CRM activity in HubSpot to enhancing website performance and delivering multi-channel campaigns, this is a broad and hands-on role with real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading CRM marketing activity via HubSpot, building automated workflows and customer journeys
- Designing lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Supporting and enhancing the installer loyalty scheme through targeted communications
- Managing segmentation and personalisation strategies to maximise engagement
- Delivering email campaigns and integrated digital activity (SEO, website, paid media)
- Optimising website content and landing pages to drive leads and conversions
- Analysing performance data to continuously improve campaigns and customer experience
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class digital output
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Proven ability to build automated campaigns and customer journeys
- Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, paid media and web optimisation
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple projects
