About the Role

The role involves designing plans and drawings for heating systems, matching ideal product ranges, and liaising with IDEAL's clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Capture correct and concise information on the drawing system.
  • Apply customer service skills to ensure that all customers receive appropriate supportive service.
  • Ensure that the designs produced are compliant with internal standards and legislative requirements.
  • Effectively manage revisions to designs as required.
  • Provide technical design information to internal and external customers.
  • Take ownership of design requests from inception to completion.

Qualifications:

A relevant recognised qualification to degree level or equivalent would be a distinct advantage.
