Aquilo Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with Ideal Heating to recruit a Telemarketing Executive to join their successful Loyalty Marketing Team based in Hessle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who is looking to build a long-term career within a market-leading organisation. What you'll be doing:

  • Making outbound calls to loyalty scheme members
  • Building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, products, and services
  • Managing customer records through Salesforce CRM while ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Converting warm and cold leads into sales opportunities
  • Supporting customer retention and engagement initiatives
  • Connecting homeowners with local loyalty scheme members

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good Excel and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in telemarketing, telephone sales, Salesforce, or GDPR would be advantageous, but it's not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
