At Ideal Health, our objective is straightforward: we help health and care organisations deliver better outcomes through digital change. We bring together strategy, delivery expertise, training, and optimisation to ensure technology works in practice, not just on paper. This is an exciting time for Ideal. As the demand for digital transformation in healthcare grows, so does the opportunity to shape meaningful change across the sector.
For our clients, that means a professional services company with the experience and focus to deliver results. For our teams, it means a place where careers can grow in an environment that values collaboration, development, and integrity. Our strength lies in the people who choose to work with us. We support colleagues to develop their skills, take ownership of their work, and influence how we deliver as a business. We want Ideal to be a place where people are challenged, supported, and able to enjoy the journey.
This role will involve meeting key stakeholders in healthcare organisations to identify areas in which we could support them and then propose solutions that will help them to achieve their digital transformation goals:
- Contact key stakeholders in healthcare organisations to set up meetings to discuss their requirements (supported by our subject matter experts) and propose relevant professional services solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your region.
- Lead the development of proposals and bids for your accounts.
- Manage the business development cycle from lead generation through to opportunity closure.
- Track and manage an opportunities pipeline for your region.
- Develop and grow your accounts through ongoing account management.
- Network within the industry through attending regional and national networking events.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in selling professional services, such as managed projects, resources and consultancy.
- A proactive sales approach to contacting potential clients, developing relationships and winning new business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience of building long term client relationships.
- Ideally with familiarity in the digital health sector and an understanding of the healthcare market.
- The drive, energy, and commitment to succeed and develop your career.
We offer a competitive salary, an attractive commission package and excellent benefits. This role is primarily based at our Guildford office but will involve travel to client sites.
