An exciting opportunity has become available to join Ideal Health’s team as a Resourcing Lead, focusing on digital transformation in the NHS. This is an exciting, demanding role where you will lead the resource team in identifying, selecting and on-boarding the best consultants for our projects, either from our internal consultant pool or through resourcing external talent. This can often entail recruiting large numbers of contractors at short notice.

  • Regularly prioritise and plan the resource approach of the team in line with the requirements of the business.
  • Actively source the best candidates using our ATS, LinkedIn, job boards and other social media channels.
  • Ensure effective pre-selection of candidates through application screening, telephone interviewing.
  • Ensure effective vetting, compliance, on-boarding, induction and maintenance of all consultants.
  • Maintain on-going communication with individual consultants throughout the lifecycle of the projects and outside of projects.
  • Mentor, lead and develop other members of the resource team.
  • Build and maintain a pool of talent in line with the strategy of the business and potential project demands.
  • Ensure that the appropriate processes and procedures within resourcing are followed with clear communication between other functions within the business.
  • Support the innovation of processes and systems through on-going internal projects, specifically reviewing the use of our ATS and AI.
