At Ideal Health, our objective is straightforward: we help health and care organisations deliver better outcomes through digital change. We bring together strategy, delivery expertise, training, and optimisation to ensure technology works in practice, not just on paper.
This is an exciting time for Ideal Health. As the demand for digital transformation in healthcare grows, so does the opportunity to shape meaningful change across the sector. For our clients, that means a professional services company with the experience and focus to deliver results. For our teams, it means a place where careers can grow in an environment that values collaboration, development, and integrity.
Our strength lies in the people who choose to work with us. We support colleagues to develop their skills, take ownership of their work, and influence how we deliver as a business. We want Ideal Health to be a place where people are challenged, supported, and able to enjoy the journey.
This is a business development role that will involve working alongside our Business Development Managers (BDM), in identifying and qualifying potential organisations that Ideal Health could support and proactively contacting these organisations through email, phone and business-oriented social media to discuss how we could support them.
The role will specifically involve:
- Researching the healthcare sector to identify trends, funding announcements and new service opportunities.
- Undertaking research of healthcare organisations across a region to determine those with upcoming digital transformation projects.
- Stakeholder mapping and outreach: Map the key buyers across these organisations, then contact them via calls and emails to discuss their specific requirements and how we could support them.
- Proposing appropriate solutions during engagement calls or exchanges with prospective clients.
- Organising and running sales campaigns and follow up as directed by Sales Director.
- Setting up new business meetings for the Sales and Practice Director teams.
- Maintaining ongoing communications with potential clients and building a rapport with them.
