Delivery Manager – Digital Health

Ideal is a leading digital health consultancy focused on supporting healthcare organisations in achieving their digital transformation goals. We provide support at all stages of their digital transformation journey from strategy and implementation through to optimisation.

We are experiencing rapid growth and are currently looking for a Delivery Manager. This is a key role within the business, ensuring that our projects are set up and delivered effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and take ownership of all projects, ensuring clear structures, responsibilities, and expectations are in place from initiation to completion.
• Foster alignment between Delivery, Practices, Resourcing, and Sales to enhance project efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Act as a key client-facing representative, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and strong ongoing relationships.
• Work closely with Practice Leads and Resourcing teams to onboard project teams effectively, ensuring they are briefed, aligned, and set up for success.
• Monitor project delivery, identify risks and issues early, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee project scope changes and change requests, ensuring proper evaluation and seamless integration.
• Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and high-quality delivery.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in project and programme management, ideally within digital health.
• Strong ability to align and coordinate cross-functional teams, improving communication and driving collaboration across departments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging both internal teams and external clients.
• Commercially savvy, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Structured and strategic thinker, capable of balancing tactical execution with long-term improvements.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving ability.
