Key Responsibilities
- Assist with understanding bills, letters, and general/official correspondence
- Support with making telephone calls and booking appointments – help communicate with organisations such as government departments, healthcare providers, or service providers
- Carry out basic research to gather information – support the individual in understanding and completing forms accurately
- Maintain accurate records, including telephone logs and copies of correspondence sent and received
- Organise paperwork to ensure it is easy to access when needed
