## Personal Assistant (ES) β B35**Job Title:**Personal Assistant (PA) (Must be female due to personal care needs) **Job Ref:** JI/ES/09/23 **Reporting to:** Employer **Location:**Castle vale, Birmingham **Rate of Pay:** Β£11.00 per hour **Nature of the job role:**Working as part of a team. To assist with a variety of tasks which will support the employer in all aspects of daily living. **Main Duties:** Personal duties: All aspects of personal care, dressing, bathing and medical care, including tracheostomy care, catheter care, enteral and oral feeding Domestic duties: Preparing some meals, disposing of waste correctly, cleaning equipment used by the employer. Social Duties: These duties may vary from day to day. Any other reasonable duties that may be necessary. **Hours of work:**20 hours for flexible hours in the evening and weekend with possible one night shift. More information given on request. **Qualifications:**Health and Social Care Level 2 NVQ or higher, Food Hygiene Certificate. **Skills & Experience:** Only applicant\βs who have experience of administering medication and are able to deliver a high level of care will be considered. The applicant needs to be a car driver and meet insurance criterion for legal purposes to use the employerβs vehicle. Experience of delivering a high quality of health and social care, including administration of medication, use of O2 and Trachi Training, NG Tubes is preferred.
