Rate of Pay: From £10ph

Nature of the job role: Personal Assistants (carers) required to look after a child with disabilities in a private home.

Main Duties:
– Attending appointments and activities
– Carrying out sensory play
– Monitoring safety at all times
– Provide personal care respecting the dignity of the individual
– General household duties

Hours of work:
Variety of shifts available.

Qualifications:
All training will be provided.

Skills & Experience:
Individuals we are looking for should be:
– very reliable as you will be highly depended upon
– able to manage tasks responsibly
– compassionate
– discreet in dealing with personal information and carrying out personal tasks
– flexible in their approach to working
– demonstrating high levels of general and personal hygiene
– comfortable with carrying out repetitive tasks and household duties
– long term availability (this is not a position for a few months of work)
