Summary
SU has ADHD and suspected autism. Struggles with executive functions. She is looking for support
from someone experienced in working with neurodiversity.
Monday (3 hours, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Body-doubling, domestic reset, laundry cycles, and administrative tasks.
Tuesday (3 hours, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Focused decluttering, routine maintenance, and task initiation.
Wednesday (2 hours, 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM): Morning meal preparation, breakfast batch prep, and kitchen clean-down.
Floating Support (2 hours weekly): Flexible support for community connection, attending occasional evening/weekend events, or regular community activities (such as attending the local Food Share).
College Holidays & Half-Terms:
During college half-terms and holidays when daughter is home, would prefer flexibility to either shift weekday hours to focus on community access/errands outside the house.
Core Focus & Mentoring Query:
The primary focus remains practical executive function support (body-doubling, proactive domestic resets, and meal preparation) from someone who understands neurodivergence and doesn't require constant micromanagement.
The floating 2 hours could be a different person, but ideally no more than 2 PAs so that they can get to know needs.
Floating 2 hours:
SU would also find it immensely valuable if part of this time could include structured ADHD mentoring or executive function coaching (e.g., banking 1 hour per week towards a fortnightly session to review systems, routines, and unblock challenges).
