We are looking for Factory Operatives for one of our well established clients based in Smethwick.
This is a great opportunity for someone to learn, grow and develop within the role with a fantastic scope to upskill yourself.

A Factory Operative Duties Will Include:
- Reading customer orders and producing items to spec
- Using hand tools and measuring tapes
- Machine Operating
- All factory work
- Quality Checking
As a Factory Operative you require the below Skills:
- Previous experience working in a factory
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be a strong team player who can work well under pressure, use initiative, meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively
- A good understanding of English both written and spoken
- FLT Counterbalance Licence is desirable not essential
